Precautions

Before you takeit, notify your doctor.
In addition your doctor should also know about the vitamins, minerals, herbal products you are taking. Do not use a new medication without prior consultation of your doctor.
Overdose
In case you have taken an overdose, immediately contact a poison control center or emergency room.

What if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose, do not take it later in the day. Take your normal dose the next morning. Do not take double or extra doses.
